Water Slide: How Advanced Manufacturing Creates Superior Safety and Durability
At Heyhail Inflatables, we've upgraded our water slide manufacturing to deliver products that outperform the competition. Here's what sets our 2026 models apart.
Precision Drainage & Rolling Comfort
Our slides now feature a black strap reinforcement along the bottom, engineered specifically for smooth rolling and water management. This isn't a cosmetic detail—it's a functional upgrade that reduces friction wear and extends the slide's lifespan. The integrated drainage flaps at the base prevent water pooling, keeping users safe and the slide structurally sound.
A dedicated water drain hole on the pool floor and slide ensures water circulates properly, eliminating stagnation and reducing maintenance time. This simple innovation solves one of the biggest pain points in water slide ownership.
Safety Through Advanced Materials
We've invested in stainless steel D-anchoring points. Stainless steel resists corrosion from chlorine and sunlight, meaning your anchor points won't degrade after a single season. We position 19 anchoring points strategically throughout the structure for redundant stability—far exceeding industry standards.
The PVC safety netting covering the entire platform adds a layer of protection that budget manufacturers skip. It prevents accidental falls and gives parents peace of mind.
Water Management Technology
Here's where our engineering really shines: we've implemented a proprietary water barrier technology on the slide liner—similar to raincoat or umbrella coatings—that prevents water from seeping into the slide structure.
Our U-style slide liners with elevated side walls redirect water outward, working with gravity instead of against it. Combined with heat-welded seams (not glued).
Reinforcement Where It Counts
We use double-to-quadruple stitching throughout the entire structure, with two rows of stitching on every seam. The mattresses get six rows of stitching for impact resistance.
The 4-inch black hook-and-loop sandwich connections attach the pool liner with redundancy. If one connection fails, others hold. If all hold, you have a slide that stays put through summer storms.
Assembly Built for Real Conditions
Our zipper covers are now designed with pinned, inside-baffle construction and double zipper heads.
For the blower attachment, we offer two tethering methods: a strap buckle with webbing straps for security, and a tethering webbing strap as backup.
Our upgraded 2026 collection is built to make inflatable slides more better.
